Cocktail recipe Penicillin #2
- Fill the rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice and 15 ml of ginger syrup into a shaker
- Add a pinch of salt, 15 ml of agave syrup, and 60 ml of Islay single-malt whisky
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and gently shake
- Strain into the glass
- Garnish with an orange wheel
