Cocktail recipe Mexican daiquiri
- Place a quarter of peeled and chopped avocado into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 10 ml of agave syrup and 50 ml of gold rum
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a pineapple leaf
