Cocktail recipe Spaghetti western

• Fill a collins glass to the top with ice cubes
• Place 5 cherry tomatoes into a shaker and muddle
• Pour in 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml is agave syrup, 7.5 ml of campari, 15 ml of ancho chile liqueur and 30 ml of bourbon
• Add a pinch of salt
• Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
• Pour 90 ml of light beer into the collins glass
• Fine strain the cocktail into the glass
• Garnish with lemon zest and a cherry tomato on a cocktail skewer
