How to Make the Beton cappuccino
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup and 30 ml of quail egg white into a shaker
- Add 15 ml of dark cacao liqueur, 20 ml of becherovka and 20 ml of homemade cocoa butter-washed zubrowka
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a mug
- Top up with soda and garnish with grated dark chocolate
