Cocktail recipe Brunchin'
- Pour into a shaker 20 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 20 ml of quail egg white
- Add 80 ml of tomato juice and 45 ml of root celery gin
- Shake vigorously without ice
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake once more
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with veggie chips
