Cocktail recipe Above the clouds

• Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
• Pour 10 ml of fig syrup, 10 ml of amaro and 50 ml of aged rum into a mixing glass
• Add 3 dashes of lavender bitters
• Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
• Strain into the rocks glass
• Place wood chips with chocolate into a smoking gun
• Place the rocks glass under a bell jar and fill it with smoke
• Garnish with fig wedges on a cocktail skewer and a lavender sprig
