Cocktail recipe Above the clouds
- Place an ice sphere into a rocks glass
- Pour 10 ml of fig syrup, 10 ml of amaro and 50 ml of aged rum into a mixing glass
- Add 3 dashes of lavender bitters
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and stir gently
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Place wood chips with chocolate into a smoking gun
- Place the rocks glass under a bell jar and fill it with smoke
- Garnish with fig wedges on a cocktail skewer and a lavender sprig
