How to Make the Sweet liberty Pina colada
- Place 120 g of pineapple and 90 ml of coconut cream into the blender
- Pour in 30 ml of pineapple juice and 20 ml of coconut rum
- Add 20 ml of spiced rum and 20 ml of aged rum
- Sprinkle a scoop of crushed ice into the blender and blend
- Pour into the hurricane glass
- Top with 10 ml of Pedro Ximenez sherry
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, mint, and umbrella
