Cocktail recipe Mai tai
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 20 ml of lime juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 10 ml of almond syrup, 20 ml of dry orange liqueur and 50 ml of aged rum into a shaker
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, a pineapple wedge and a mint sprig
