• Make juice from 150 g of sweet potato
• Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
• Pour 20 ml of orange juice, 60 ml of sweet potato juice, 45 ml of coconut cream, and 10 ml of Pimento Dram
• Add 20 ml of coconut rum, 20 ml of spiced rum, and 20 ml of aged rum
• Shake gently without ice
