How to Make the Piña Colada in a Coconut
- Cut a coconut in halves and remove the pulp
- Fill a cocktail glass halfway with crushed ice and then place a coconut shell in it
- Place a half of peeled and chopped pineapple wheel and 6 bar spoons of coconut cream into a blender
- Pour in 20 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of white rum
- Blend without adding ice
- Add some crushed ice and blend again
- Pour into the coconut shell
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a piece of pineapple, a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer and pineapple leaves
