Cocktail recipe Smoked mulled wine
- Pour 40 ml of lapsang souchong, 20 ml of cherry syrup and 110 ml of tawny port into a milk pitcher
- Add 10 ml of honey, a pinch of ground cinnamon and 3 cloves
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with two green apple wedges
