Cocktail recipe Rogue
- Place 6 bar spoons of peach puree into an irish coffee glass
- Add chopped orange, lemon and apple wedges
- Pour in 20 ml of peach syrup, 20 ml of triple sec liqueur and 50 ml of white rum
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
- Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a kumquat and a mint sprig
