Cocktail recipe Blackberry mood
- Place a quarter of peeled and chopped pineapple and 3 blackberries into a rocks glass
- Pour in 10 ml of blackberry syrup, 30 ml of coconut liqueur and 30 ml of white rum
- Add a scoop of crushed ice
- Top up with ginger beer and stir gently
