Cocktail recipe Ruby punch
- A 5-liter punch bowl is enough for about 20-25 portions
- Fill a punch bowl 1/3 of the way with ice cubes
- Add about 15 red maraschino cherries and an orange, lemon and lime, sliced in wheels
- Pour in 200 ml of grenadine syrup, 1300 ml of dry red wine, 300 ml of creme de cassis liqueur and 300 ml of white rum
- Top up with champagne and stir gently
