How to Make the Blooming Island
- Fill a sling glass to the top with crushed ice
- Place seeds from a half of pomegranate into a shaker and muddle
- Pour in 50 ml of orange juice, 10 ml of sugar syrup, 25 ml of maraschino liqueur and 40 ml of silver tequila
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into the sling glass
- Top up with crushed ice
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and pomegranate seeds
