How to Make the Toddy Grog
- Place finely-chopped orange and lemon quarters into an irish coffee glass
- Add a pinch of ground cinnamon and 2 cloves
- Pour in 20 ml of grenadine syrup and 50 ml of dark rum
- Top up with hot black tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a slice of carambola and a mint sprig
