How to Make the Rory
- Place a celery stalk and 1 bar spoon of caster sugar into a shaker
- Pour in 15 ml of lemon juice, 30 ml of pineapple juice and 40 ml of irish whiskey
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Fine strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a celery leaf and a red maraschino cherry
- Serve on a tray with an orange half, filled with raspberries and a celery leaf
