Cocktail recipe Salty caramel
- Place the rocks ice in the rocks glass
- Pour 10 ml of simple syrup, 10 ml of fino sherry, and 10 ml of amaro into the mixing glass
- Add 2 dashes of black walnut bitters and 30 ml of cognac
- Fill the glass with ice cubes and mix with a bar spoon
- Strain into the rocks glass
