Cocktail recipe Sweet potato painkiller
- Make juice from 150 g of sweet potato
- Fill the hurricane glass to the top with crushed ice
- Pour 20 ml of orange juice, 60 ml of sweet potato juice, 45 ml of coconut cream, and 10 ml of Pimento Dram
- Add 20 ml of coconut rum, 20 ml of spiced rum, and 20 ml of aged rum
- Shake gently without ice
- Strain through the strainer and sieve into the hurricane glass
- Garnish with an orange wheel and a mint sprig
