Cocktail recipe Vive lavande!
- Pour 10 ml passionfruit juice, 10 ml of lemon juice, and 10 ml of lavender honey into the shaker
- Add 5 g of apricot jam, 15 ml of Italicus, and 50 ml of London dry gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lavender
