| Sugar syrup | 15 | ml |
| Lemon juice | 30 | ml |
| Quail egg white | 25 | ml |
| Orange | 40 | g |
| Ice cubes | 320 | g |

Cocktail recipe Grapefruit whisky sour
- Fill a rocks glass to the top with ice cubes
- Pour 25 ml of quail egg white, 30 ml of lemon juice, 15 ml of sugar syrup and 50 ml of scotch whisky into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of grapefruit bitters
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake thoroughly
- Strain into the rocks glass
- Garnish with an orange wedge
