Creme de cassis liqueur	15	ml
Angostura bitters	1	ml
Cinnamon syrup	25	ml
Cranberry juice	75	ml
Lemon juice	30	ml
Apple	20	g
Mint	1	g
Ice cubes	350	g

Sling glass	1	piece
Shaker	1	piece
Jigger	1	piece
Squeezer	1	piece
Strainer	1	piece
Drinking straws	2	piece

Creme de cassis liqueur

Angostura bitters

Cocktail recipe Caribbean apple pie

Fill a sling glass to the top with ice cubes
Pour 30 ml of lemon juice, 75 ml of cranberry juice, 25 ml of cinnamon syrup, 15 ml of creme de cassis liqueur and 60 ml of calvados into a shaker
Add 1 dash of angostina bitters
Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
Strain into the sling glass
Garnish with a fan of apple wedges and a mint sprig
