Cocktail recipe Heather tea
- Chop a quarter of orange, a grapefruit wedge and an apple wedge into fine pieces
- Place the fruits into an irish coffee glass
- Pour in 15 ml of grenadine syrup, 30 ml of drambuie and 30 ml of benedictine
- Add 3 cloves and a pinch of ground nutmeg
- Top up with hot heather tea and stir gently
- Garnish with a fan of apple wedges
