Cocktail recipe Hot rum punch
- Place 2 cloves into a milk pitcher
- Pour 15 ml of lime juice, 120 ml of black tea, 20 ml of honey syrup, 15 ml of sugar syrup, 40 ml of tawny port and 40 ml of dark rum
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Fine strain into a goblet glass
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick wrapped in orange zest
