Cocktail recipe Café Germain
- Pour 20 ml of lemon juice and 20 ml of peach syrup into the shaker
- Add 35 ml of calvados
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake gently
- Strain into a chilled glass
- Pour in 30 ml of elderflower liqueur into a soda syphon
- Close the syphon and shake 3-4 times
- Garnish with the elderflower foam from the syphon and Sichuan peppercorns
