Cocktail recipe Parmigiano sour
- Pour 15 ml of lemon juice, 20 ml of quail egg white and 15 ml of honey into a shaker
- Add 15 ml of sauternes and 25 ml of pisco
- Give it a good dry shake
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake again
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with grated parmesan and ground black paper
