Cocktail recipe Strong mulled wine
- Chop a quarter of orange, a quarter of lemon and a half of apple into small pieces
- Place the fruits into a milk pitcher
- Pour in 40 ml of honey, 150 ml of dry red wine and 50 ml of cognac
- Add 2 cloves and a pinch of ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg and ground black pepper
- Stir while heating, but do not bring to the boil
- Pour into an irish coffee glass
- Garnish with apple wedges and a maraschino cherry on a cocktail skewer
