Lime

Tropical citrus fruit grown year-round in tropical climates mainly in China, India and Mexico. Limes are an excellent source of cellulose, vitamin C and calcium, and good to be used to accent the flavours of foods and beverages. One fruit weighs an average of 80 g, and yields 30 ml of juice, can be cut into 4 slices, each contains 7.5 ml of juice.
