Cocktail recipe The jake leg
- Pour 20 ml of lemon juice, 25 ml of homemade sage water, 10 ml of ginger syrup and 15 ml of homemade pine honey syrup into a shaker
- Add 2 dashes of teapot bitters, 10 ml of red vermouth and 60 ml of gin
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake
- Fine strain into a chilled champagne saucer
- Garnish with a sage leaf
